Yes! Free parking is available at our venue, BlueBridge Events Centre.

Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside. The reception will be inside.

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Home 2 Suites hotel in Traverse City, MI. Please see the travel / accommodations page here on the website to use our specific link to book your room. We have a discounted room rate of $200 or $209 / night. When booking a room, make sure to review the dates and edit the days you plan to be in town. Rooms must be booked by August 18th!

We will not be providing transportation services to and from wedding events. Please see ride-share services in the area if you require transportation.

If you miss the deadline to reserve a room in our block, reach out to the hotel and mention our wedding anyway—they may be able to accommodate you with our discount in a room outside of our block. If not, you can look for other hotels in the Traverse City area, airbnb's, or vrbo's to stay at as well. Please reach out to Olivia and Shane if you need help finding accommodations (517)242-4552.

Early October in Northern MI can vary day by day! The temperatures can range from low 50s to mid 60 degrees. If it rains, everything will be moved indoors at the venue, but if it is not raining then the ceremony and cocktail hour will continue outside.

The name of every guest invited to attend is listed on your invitation. If it says guest then you may bring a guest if your family or significant other is not already listed on the wedding invitation you received.

If your child's name is listed on your invitation then then are invited, but if not then we kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation come to the wedding celebrations. Thank you for your understanding!

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with salad and bread for appetizers then a buffet style dinner. There will be two meat options, a starch, veggie, and gluten-free/vegan option available. In addition, we will have a variety of mini desserts available after dinner. Please list your dietary restrictions when you RSVP so we can best accommodate you.

Yes! There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception!

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 1960 Swan Pointe Dr. Traverse City, MI 49686. A wedding card box will be at our reception as well.

Our venue, BlueBridge Events Centre, will open the doors at 3:30pm. Ceremony begins promptly at 4:00pm.

Our reception will end at 11:00pm.

We've hired an amazing photographer that will take pictures all throughout the evening! We kindly ask that you keep your phones safely away during the ceremony and be as present as possible with us as we say our vows and become Mr. and Mrs. Sundell! Pictures anytime after the ceremony are highly encouraged! We will have a polaroid station set up as well as QR codes where you can send any pictures you take during the wedding celebrations.
